While I feel that my long distance triathlons have suffered a bit in the 2019 season because of my endurance training, out of the 5 sprints I competed in, I took a podium in 4 of them for my age group. I was invited to participate in the 2020 Age Group Sprint Nationals and I'll be committing to do a few more 70.3s next year (Savageman, Ironman Eagleman, Ironman Blue Ridge, and possibly one other). 2020 will be my best year yet.
