As a retired Law Enforcement officer from the state of Pennsylvania, and still working in the security industry in New York City along with my wife and two kids, I know how to balance a training schedule to meet the goals of a coached athlete. I have been participating in triathlon and other endurance sports for the past years 10 years. I feel it is extremely important to have a great relationship with a coach so that the athlete feels comfortable in reaching their goals.
The sport of triathlon has brought me to places around the country and world to race on some of the most iconic courses. I have raced courses such as Ironman Lake Placid, 70.3 World Championships in South Africa, Ironman 70.3 St. George and many other places. I would like to bring my experiences to the athletes who are looking to just finish a triathlon to the athlete looking to qualify to a world championship. Success in triathlon is the sum of small efforts that is repeated day in and day out.
As I mentioned before this sport is about balance, so when I'm not training or racing, I enjoy spending time with my family, being on a river fishing or up at my cabin in upstate New York relaxing or hunting.
