Brief background about me, lets see, I used to weight 524 pounds, currently around 355, I lost all of my weight naturally, no surgeries! I cleaned up my bad eating habits and just started moving! I was a former 3 season athlete in high school (Football, Wrestling, and Lacrosse), and played semi-pro football in which I got hurt. While hurt I was in a ankle to hip cast and put A LOT of weight on. Long story short, got married, had a kid, and didn't wait to be the fat parent any longer. I did my first 5K at 450 pounds, my first sprint tri at 400 on a trek single trek (lead sled LOL). Since then I have completed 15 sprint Tris, multiple 5 & 10ks, and 2-half marathons with the 2019 Baltimore Half being my most current. I don't give up, I work hard, and I love to help people!!! One of my goals is to pay it back to all the people who have helped me in my journey!
