I am an older triathlete who loves to train and race. I have been to World championships for the sprint, draft-legal sprint, olympic, and 70.3. I have done 2 ironman races and will do 1 more. I enjoy the 70.3 distance, but love the aqualthon swim/run, but these races are hard to find. I want to do a long distance swim and a swim, run event. I love doing my private swim coaching all year long.
