Off-Day ActivityRaising a 10 year old

After growing up very fit playing competitive soccer and surfing very non-competitively, I woke up on January 1st, 2010 about 50lbs overweight. I decided to completely blow up my lifestyle and make those changes we all know we're supposed to make but somehow never do. The weight dropped quickly and I won a local 5k that April. On a dare I signed up for a sprint triathlon and have been hooked ever since. I'm not a pro triathlete; I'm a real-world age grouper who balances a career, raising a young daughter, volunteering in her classroom, and racing as much as possible.

My own fitness journey has inspired me to help others set and achieve goals that once seemed ludicrously out of reach. I have helped athletes around the world set PRs, kill their first 140.6, or just complete their first race with a smile. Outside of triathlon, I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, specializing in maximizing human performance via assessment, goal setting, and reinforcement. I'm an expert in human motivation and bring that expertise to my coaching clients. I am all about helping 9-5ers find ways to achieve balance, get fit, stay healthy, and set PRs.
