I am a Husband and a father of 3 with full time schedules. Enjoy spending time with family and having fun! Wasn't into running, swimming or biking, but got the bug about 5 years ago and couldn't enjoy it more. Wife injured her back about 2 years ago, so I had to put my training on hold. Getting back now!
