Swimming was my main sport as a youth. I started triathlon racing when I was 49 (now 56). Completed 6 Ironman events Competed for GBR Triathlon Age Group Team 2015 World Champs Olympic distance, Chicago, 2016 European Champs Sprint distance, Lisbon, Portugal, 2017 European Champs Standard distance, Kitzbuhel, Austria & 2019 European Championships Sprint Distance Kazan Russia.
